I’D LIKE TO APPEAL MY BAN

GNO City takes cheating, multi-accounting and anyone attempting to manipulate the game seriously. If you feel you were wrongfully banned you may create a support ticket in our Discord stating your case.

ARE BANS PERMANENT?

Depending on the severity of the cheating that occurred will depend on the amount of time you may be banned from GNO City. You can check in with our staff by creating a Discord support ticket to see if your ban is lifetime or has a duration to it.

KEEPING THE COMMUNITY STRONG

While we continue to grow GNO City, it is important that we keep fair play gaming throughout. If you were a player that cheated and want to appeal the ban, you may do so, but the staff will have evidence on the ban at the time.
